Wow! What outstanding service! There was a mistake with the wall model during delivery, and the installers had to leave. I called Charlene to tell her how disappointed I was. They responded very quickly, without hesitation, and a new wall was delivered. The installers, led by Max, returned two hours later and finished the installation. Thank you so much for your proactivity and professionalism. I highly recommend this local company over the big box stores, which would not have rectified the situation so quickly.
